Check in time is 3 p.m.; checkout is 11 a.m.
Do you allow smoking on property?
Hotel Vitale is a non-smoking hotel.
Do you allow pets?
We are happy to welcome your pet to Hotel Vitale. We welcome one dog or cat (30lbs/13.6kg or less) per room and provide a dog/cat bowl, bed and mat for their comfort. Pet owners are required to sign a liability waiver at check-in and will be charged a one-time nonrefundable cleaning fee of $75 USD. Please be informed pets are not permitted in Americano Restaurant and Bar or Spa Vitale. Service dogs are exempt from these restrictions and cleaning fee. Team members will not enter any guestroom while a dog is present with or without the owner. Pet sitters and walkers can be arranged upon request. Please contact the Concierge with further questions.
Do your rooms allow rollaways/cribs/playards? Is there a charge?
Rollaway beds are based on availability in rooms with one bed only and are $30 per night plus tax.
Playards are available free of charge.
We do not offer cribs.
How much do you charge for high-speed/Wi-Fi internet access?
Our basic Wi-Fi is included in our Guest Amenities Fee and is ideal for checking email and simple web browsing with speeds up to 3MB (download/upload). Upgraded Wi-Fi is also available for a charge:

Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?
We have an on-site 24-hour fitness center which is accessible with your room key.
Hotel guests have access to Matrix Treadmills, Elliptical Trainers, Spinning Bikes, PFT 200 Functional Trainer, Rowing Machine, Adjustable Weight Bench as well as medicine balls and free weights for strength training.
Do you have a business center?
We do not have a business center, but we offer printing through our Front Desk for small print jobs.
Do you have a pool?
We do not have a pool. We offer complimentary passes to the YMCA fitness center that has a 25-meter lap pool and is only 1 block away.

Do you have on-site parking? How much is parking? Is it included in my room rate?
The hotel offers valet parking for a fee of $62/night plus tax for standard size vehicles and $72/night plus tax for oversize.
Hourly parking is also available for $15 plus tax the first hour, and $5 plus tax for each additional 30 minutes.
The hotel does not offer a self-parking garage.
