Navigating Paul Arenstam's witty menu at Americano, in the stylish new Hotel Vitale, can be almost as tricky as clearing a path through the crowd around the bar. You'll be glad you did - for salt cod-stuffed artichokes with a lemony aïoli, and spinach pasta with a medley of green garlic, asparagus, and fava beans.
